By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can request cancellation of their order under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

To cancel an order, customers must contact us as soon as possible with their Order ID.


2. Cancellation by Yashdeep Digiware

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Incorrect pricing or product information on the website

  • Payment issues or failed transactions

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been completed, the full amount will be refunded.


3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

Payments processed through Razorpay will be refunded back to the same payment source.


4. Failed Transactions

In case a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed due to technical issues:

  • The deducted amount will automatically be refunded within 5–7 business days.
