Once the refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
Payments made through online gateways such as Razorpay will be refunded back to the same account or payment source.
If a return is required, customers may be asked to return the product in its original packaging and unused condition.
After the returned product is inspected, the refund will be processed accordingly.
In case a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed:
The amount will automatically be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
